Il est important de rappeler que ces tests en ligne ne peuvent en aucun cas se substituer à un diagnostic professionnel, dans le sens positif ou négatif...
Mais souvent, ils peuvent donner une indication assez juste et être un préalable à la demande d'un avis professionnel et d'un éventuel diagnostic (je les utilise parfois pour certains de mes patients...)
Il peut être intéressant de les faire 2 fois : une fois seul, et une autre fois en double avec quelqu'un qui vous connait bien et en qui vous avez confiance. Parfois, on ne se rend pas vraiment compte de la façon dont on agit et une vision extérieure peut aider à voir ce qu'on ne voit pas toujours de soi.
